Is it difficult for you to find a balance between your every day life, your heart, and your spirituality? Do you wish to integrate these aspects into a unified whole?

In this HUE gathering, we will focus on the inner freedom which comes when all our aspects are in harmony. We will create a symbol of unity using three circles that represent each aspect: our physical life, our heart, and our spirituality.

Suggestion: From your location and in a quiet place, use your own prayer or meditation to move into your inner center. Visualize three spheres each representing your physical life, your heart, and your spirituality. Imagine them coming together and overlapping, forming a triangular shape ( http://mathworld.wolfram.com/ReuleauxTriangle.html ). The center where all three spheres overlap symbolizes the place of balance. Visualize yourself sitting in this place of balance and feel the freedom.
